We also facilitated meetings and dealt with the team’s progress toward goals. Assisted the team to improve and take responsibility for their actions and eliminate impediments. Implemented changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity. Executed Scrum methodology.

We were also tasked as one of the OpenScape Xperts between 2013 – 2017. OpenScape Xpert is a time-critical multi-line voice over IP (VoIP) solution for financial, energy, commodity trade and dispatchers in control centers. It has a special custom-made hardware device which uses embedded Linux/Windows for running the communication software, but can be used in desktop environments also.

It involved Embedded Software Development on Windows and Linux, Project Planning, Risk Management, Outage Management and Crisis Resolution, Architecture Design, Software and Component Design and Implementation, GUI Design and Integration – Cross-platform on Windows and Linux with Qt, Client and Server-side Performance Improvement. Also includes component Reliability, Scalability Design & Implementation, Automatic Deployment & Updates, Network Architecture and Multilanguage Support.
